Phyllis, Lauren and I were at Ivy Hill yesterday to see Cedric’s monument and we could not be more pleased. Not only is the appearance very rich but we were taken by the depth of the stone cuts for all the characters, flowers, and emblems. That especially includes the custom chef emblem you and Lauren designed.
We appreciate your help in designing this monument. As I told you the night we purchased it, it is very rare for us to make an immediate decision on a large purchase but your initiative in contacting Ivy Hill and having examples, ideas, and suggestions for us made it easy for us to determine that All Star was the best choice for a monument.

You may be surprised; as I was that I received a telephone call on 6/26/09 asking about you and All Star. I was very enthusiastic in my remarks and he appreciated my frankness. I told him of your background in the business and reliieved me of details such as the foundation for the headstone. As the conversation went on he told me of two (2) other companies he had contacted and even opened up and told me their prices were outragous, I told him I had gone through the same process.
He was very pleased with what I told him. He was really surprised when I told him that you and I had never met. I believe he was quite impressed.
This endorsement may be long winded but it also gives me the opportunity to thank you for all you did for the family.

I am sure if you treat customers the way you treated me you and your company will continue to prosper. I thought you might like to have a couple of pictures of Pat’s grave stone. How does the phrase go – a picture is worth a thousand words.
